One of my go-to’s for meal prepping are overnight oats. They are nutritious and filling, fast to make and easy to mix and match. I’ve been eating this for breakfast for at least a year and don’t see myself changing any time soon. This is my basic recipe but check out my other posts for ideas on how to mix it up.
Ingredients (per servings)
- Oats (1/2 C)
- Vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)
- Chia seeds (1 Tb)
- Unsweetened almond milk (1/2 C)
- Mini white chocolate chips (1 Tb)
Directions
- Layer all the ingredients in a jar. (I like to use recycled pickle and salsa jars.) Stir until mixed well. Refrigerate overnight.
- I make seven at a time and they last all week.
According to ChatGPT, this meal has the following per serving:
~400 calories, ~29g protein, ~16g fat, ~43g carbs
Let me know if you try these and if you find different combinations that work well!

This is so good!
